Religion- Gud or Evil????

Peace-the feeling that mankind has always been after. Man designed religion so that he could find inner peace, to have a sense of security that someone is lookin after him but alas we find the tool used to bring peace has become a weapon of mass destruction. It has become the reason why men are killing fellow beings, why wars are being fought n why after life is valued more than our life here on God's green earth.

Lets start with the Holy books which are the shoulders on which guns are kept to be fired and by which explanations are given for atrocities commited by men. The Holy books are written by MEN i stress upon the word men because that is the wholesome truth. No holy spirit n no bumblebee guided the way for these books to be written. They were written by cave-men sittin in caves thousands of years ago n even if some holy power guided them to write these Holy books it doesn't matter because they have been edited n manipulated by various generations for their own profits n wat we have today is far far away from the original. I am tryin hard not to take the name of a single religion because all of them are at fault equally. For the learned you can test your Holy book by reading it urself without consultin any holy man by usin ur own brains. The fallacies of men will be clearly visible to u. There are a million errors in all the Holy books which proves that no divine being wrote them, because God is perfect, omni-present n the other blah-blah stuff.

And yes one more thing i am not a satan follower, i don't practise witchcraft n Lucifer is not sittin on my lap n givin me instructions while i write this. I am a man who thinks for himself, experiences things with an open mind n sees every human being as a human being rather than a Christian, a Hindu or a Muslim. I beg everybody reading this please stop discriminating, wipe out the hate n stop thinkin about ur after-life(we will discuss after-life in the next blog) coz this is heaven n this is hell. This is wat u want it to be.....

Big City Life-3

So i left u at the weather i guess???? anyway movin on with my introductions lets meet up with my other friends....well i knew only one person in my college from before n that was preeti, now i had a humongous crush on her at PUC n so didnt talk much with her at that time....but now that i had gotten over it we became gud friends!!!!! We went on long walks, watched movies basically had a lot of fun....once me n preeti were sippin the horrendous coffee of our canteen when in walked ms. Shreya, the person who would become my bestest buddy in bangalore!!!! she came up to our direction n gave a wide smile followed by "Hi", preeti said hi to her too n then introduced yours truly to her Roommate-Shreya Bhansal. I gave my trademark "Pleased to meet u smile" n shook hands with her. We were done with coffee therefore the 3 of us went for a walk coz preeti had to make a call from a PCO. While preeti was chatterin away with her "then boyfriend" Rishabh, me n shreya were gettin acquainted with each other. The usual conundrum about your hometown, course, religion etc. which again raised the question that if i am not Christian why on earth am i named Rony, now let me ask u when Lord Jesus came to earth did he have certain names copyrighted which were to be given to only his followers n nobody else????? Then why have i been subjected to this query since the age of 5???? Anyway as we move on u will come to know that i am not a keen follower of any religion n dont consider it of much importance either!!!!! So that was how yours truly met with the great Shreya Bhansal, one of the cutest n sweetest girl i know till date....
The most amusin meeting was with well the most amusin person-Kriti!!!! It was Rose Day so yours truly had bought a rose for every girl he knew in college n hence very lovingly celebrated rose day. After the circulation of roses were over Me, preeti, shreya n some friends were sittin outside our college when in came kriti with a crate of Frooti. She started distributin the frootis among everybody except me coz we didnt know each other so was not invited in the frooti fest. Now i had a rose left with me n the frooti was very temptin so i gave the rose to kriti n said "Hi, Happy Rose day". She said thanks n accepted my rose after which i said "Now can i have one of ur frootis", most other times it would have been a disaster but i got the frooti n one of the most memorable moments that me n the gang still laugh about!!!!!!
There is one other person of whom if i dont speak about in my blog could render me to bloodshed....Nafisa or chotu as i call her is one of my dearest friends n also whom i consider no less than my own lil sister at home...I met her in my hostel campus while talkin to another friend of mine Saahil....It was not much of a chartbuster encounter but nevertheless it supplied my life with a very sweet person.

Big City Life-2

When i embarked on my journey to Bangalore i was one of the few guys of our age who hadn't yet taken up smokin or drinkin, this was the singular aspect of your's truly on which his parents cud take pride....so in my room only me n siran were the ones who had yet to fall for the cajolery of either tobacco or alcohol. The rest, n most of them were for the 1st time away from home took to alcohol n tobacco like a bee to nectar. I had absolutely no problem with ppl smokin or drinkin in my room coz i never studied nor did anything which required much concentration....the only person havin problems was my dear pal siran coz he had an allergy to smoke, alcohol n anything that normal youths do. He is wat u call in our words a 'specimen'. No matter which time of the year it is u will always find him listenin to Bihu songs sung by the champion of Assam-Zubeen Garg n the only other music that he lends his ear to are sung by elite musicians like Falguni Pathak n Daler Mehendi!!!! Now Mr. Siran couldn't take the atrocities occurin in our room anymore n complained to some nerdy seniors after which we had quite a showdown with them. The showdown didnt result to much coz there were only 10 to 15 seniors while we juniors were somewhere around 80. Nevertheless after the petty squabbles the complaint backfired on siran himself n suddenly strange things started happenin to him. He found his bed broken twice, so were his despicable shades n lots more!!! I will agree siran that though i had no reason for doin all that yet i took part in a lot of those plans coz it was just 2 excitin n i am a born prankster!!!!!!
I would like to describe the most important thing of Bangalore-Weather!!!! Ouf the weather n boy did it use to be gud when we arrived....the misty mornings followed by cool breezes n an almost always cloud-filled sky, could make a poet out of every man!!! It was the biggest monsoon season in bangalore after 32 yrs n we all got wet at every possible oppurtunity....

Big City Life

Well this is me!!!!! I am mostly sleepin away to glory in the daytime while the nite brings with it several propositions which are 2 temptin to deny thus fillin my days with slumber. This habit of mine has led me to several problems among which my lack of attendence in college is the most disturbin....

Now, the topic of this blog is actually a story of a naive, small town boy's evolution n his experiences durin his big city life. I can still vividly remember the day when i landed in bangalore with my parents, met my brother Preetam n took shelter at Sudha Lodge. Firstly, let me introduce u to my genius brother...He is the superstar of the family, a 75% MCA pass-out, workin in Infosys.... everything i m supposed to be n unfortunately everything i am not. He passed out of the same college that i am presently studyin in therefore subjectin me to extra attention of all the professors n their whims. Now i guess u are well acquainted with mr. infi therefore i will move on with my story...so i finally arrived at the hostel n boy was i impressed with the hostel campus!!!! It was a huge campus with a large enough field to again fuel my dreams of representin my dear nation in cricket which is an all out different topic that i hope i can jot down some other day.....the icing on the cake or rather the whole jubilant feelings were caused due to the near proximity of the girls hostel to our own....playin cricket, pretty girls in the same block n a cosmopolitan city to live in....life was gud it was....

The only things i remember of the 1st day at college was me tryin to avoid every senior n catchin a glimpse of every girl around....My friends at that time consisted of my new room-mates- Siran(My present room-mate also!!!!), Dipjyoti(My 1st friend or i thought so), Krishna(an atrociously funny guy) n Amod(One of the many weird ppl u meet in life)....we were all new to this city, of the same year n therefore bonded quite easily.
